The symptoms of tiny, itchy, blister like bumps as mentioned in your post can be due to: 1. Dyshidrotic eczema 2. Fungal infection 3. Urticaria 4. Contact dermatitis
Symptomatic relief can be obtained with: 1. Intake of antihistamine preparations like Allegra 2. Application of topical steroid & antifungal ointment 3. Calamine lotion for symptomatic relief 4. Antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection.
If symptoms still persist, kindly visit a Dermatologist & get a proper clinical examination done to find the exact cause. One more thing...avoid itching or squeezing them as it may further worsen them.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
