Question: Hi,
My 3 year old son has few itchy small raised bumps on his skin. They are itchy and gets a test wbit red after he scratches them and then go off on their own. I have noticed that they are not getting bigger. They go off and scab after few days. I see a few on his chin, back, leg and arms near elbow. Attached a few pics.
Have been giving him Allegra 5 ml twice a day for the past Four days but it has not stopped occuring. Also, took a serum IgE test which was negative. Please help.
