Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. I would need you to describe it in further detail:
* How long have they been there? Did they suddenly occur?
* Are they itchy? Is there an underlying hardness?
* Any aggravating or relieving factors?
* Anything else that you wish me to know?
Based on your inputs I would guide you further.

They just appeared on my arm on thursday and itched a lot like a mosquito bite. I was cleaning a dusty shevle when i noticed them. I got the ones on my feet like a month ago but they went away. And today my palm was itchy nothinf bumpy just a red dot. They feel like small mosquito bites. Putting cold water on helps the itching then i forget about it. My child also has them in the pictures you will see his legs. The last photo is the same arm as the first photo just 2 days later.
Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to an allergic reaction.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. I have got the information that I needed. These are due to allergic reaction and have been triggered by the dusting. Take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for next few days and you would be relieved. You may apply some emollient like aloe vera lotion or calamine lotion for topical soothing effect.
I do not think that they are due to mosquito bite. However, in case you see the possibility of being bitten by mosquitoes, I would insist you to use mosquito nets.
