This is most likely to be epididimitis or epididimal cyst and you should not be worried. Some more serious diagnoses are last thing to think of. However,you should do ultrasound to see how big this cyst is and in some cases it may require surgical procedure., but most common it can be treated with 2 weeks antibiotic course.
