Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Cheeks And Neck

Question: I am having rashes on my cheeks and neck since two days, since I shifted to XXXXXXX for the first time. It is mildly itchy.

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed your image.
You seem to have acne.
Wash your face with a gentle cleanser e.g Cetaphil cleansing lotion,2x daily.
I suggest you to use Clindac A 1% solution during day time and Deriva CMS gel for night time application.
In addition you may take Cap. Microdox LBX (Doxycycline), 2x daily for 2-4 weeks.

Hi, thanks for the reply but i dont think its acne because the rashes are on the neck area and arms and back. I do not have prominent boils

I suggest you to apply a topical antiinflammatory cream e.g Elocon cream,2x daily for a week.
In addition you may take a tablet of levocetrizine (teczine 5mg) onve daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
