Brief Answer:
Seems to be urticaria, take antihistaminic, rule out causes of urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and it seems to be urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction of the skin which has multiple causes like infection, drugs, certain foods, thyroid disorder, parasitic infestations and in majority of the individuals occurs without any cause.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 10 days.
If it doesn't disappear in 10 days time consult a dermatologist, go for the tests and get it evaluated.
