Hi XXXX
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have seen the photograph you have uploaded but I want to ask few questions:
Have you used anything new on the arms?
Are you taking medicines for some other ailment?
Is there history of excessive sun exposure?
Are you allergic to anything?
Are you atopic?
What is the duration of the spots?
Any other body site involved?
Need to ask few questions

Detailed Answer:
You seem to have developed a photosensitive rash. I would treat you with tablet loratidine in the morning and tablet chlorpheniramine at night. I am not sure if both these drugs are available over the counter in your country. Please check with your pharmacist.
Along with this apply cortisone cream on the itchy areas twice daily and sunblock lotion during the day time. Avoid going out in the sun and wear full sleeved clothes for sometime. You can continue this for one week and then revert back. This will surely help you.
