Viral infection ,need treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for the details
Your son seems to be developing chicken pox .I can see vesicular skin lesions on a red base which is suggestive of chicken pox rash .
I would suggest that you should see a nearby doctor soon since he might need treatment with oral antivirals.
In the time being ,give him plenty of fluids .
He should take bath daily and keep the affected areas clean and dry .
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
