Suggest Treatment For Itchy Vaginal Rash
Question: i am a 54 yo female who was having a itching problem on my vaginal area about a week ago the same day it started i found a bruse like bump on my belly by my belly button and an area that had a pus circle next to it i thought i might have gotten bitten by an insect while i was sleepining the itching in the vaginal area has since gotten worse i check my self daily wiped with hemorrhoidal towelet and put baby rash oinment on it now its really bad and i found a dozen black spots its freeking me out do i go to the er

In my opinion, there is no relation between bruise like bump on your belly and the vaginal rash. The bruise on belly is probably a bug bite.
The vaginal itching is commonly due to estrogen deficiency at this age or infection. Do you have vaginal discharge? If so you have vaginal infection. There is no urgency in going to ER now. If it is raining heavily buy a cream/ointment containing clotrimazole and apply it twice daily and see.
Are you seeing the black spots for the first time. Then they can be scratch marks. How big they are? Fix an appointment with Gynecologist for thorough examination and to make sure that the black spots are scratch marks and not other skin lesion.
