compound W., they spread and got worse. Large, itchy. What options do I have?
If you are not responding well to the compound W, you can remove the warts
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would like to first request you to kindly send clear images for my assessment, either by attaching them to our discussion here or by emailing them to me at:

and please do mention 'ATTN: Dr. Shoaib Khan' in the subject line so the images can be directed to me.
I would first like you to know that the compound W used contains salicylic acid and if at all you have an allergy to this substance your symptoms can get worse. The next thing I would like to disclose is that it is the normal process for the skin around the warts to get more irritated and aggravated, as the salicylic acid targets the death of the skin on and around the warts in order to kill them and thus regenerate new and healthy skin
But if at all your symptoms have truly gotten worse since the use of salicylic acid it is best to discontinue it and report to a doctor in the region who can follow up your case and determine whether or not you require treatment (as most warts self-resolve) or immediate removal (required in some cases).
Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
