hi doc, have attached requested photos. pls let me know what to do?
Brief Answer:
Jock itch
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thanks for the photograph.
It looks like a fungal infection called Tinea cruris or Jock itch. I will recommend you to apply an antifungal cream like terbinafine 1% (eg: Zimig cream ) twice a day for three weeks along with Tablet Fluconazole 150 mg once a week after food for three weeks. For itch relief you may take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg daily once at night for one week. Kindly get these prescribed by your primary care physician.
If getting a prescription is difficult, you may apply an over the counter antifungal cream like Lamisil 1% cream or Lotrimin AF Jock Itch Cream twice a day for three weeks.
Hope this helped,
Take care.

also Am having hair fall, would it be related Reason I am telling u abt hair fall is because both the problems have been for the same time of 3 weeks. And will the medication above help with hair fall as well?
Brief Answer:
Hair fall
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Hair fall and jock itch are not related. Fungal infection of scalp (Tinea capitis) does not affect adults. Severe hair loss over few weeks is usually due to telogen effluvium. It is a hair loss pattern usually triggered by a physical illness like viral fever, typhoid fever, etc or physical or psychological stress which you would have about 3 - 4 months prior to onset of hair fall.
It could also be due to underlying anaemia and thyroid abnormalities.
You need to check your hemoglobin levels, serum ferritin levels and thyroid status. If these are normal you may take hair dietary supplements containing biotin, aminoacids, antioxidants and minerals for duration of three months.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
