Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
Unfortunately, from the query it is not clear what kind of heart problem is there.
The need of surgery will change as per the condition.
If it's a heart attack , surgery has to be done.
If it's just abnormal pumping , they can wait to treat the kidney infection first and then move ahead with the treatment of the heart.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I have answered to the maximum capacity considering the information contained in this question. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
