Brief Answer:
You are safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to me.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
In this tome and age it is routine to use sterile disposable syringes for injection uses. It would amount to gross punishable medico-legal negligence if someone contracted HIV due to reuse of a syringe.
As far as testing for HIV infectiin is concerned it was purely out of curiosity. Result of HIV P24 antigen and Anti-HIV antibody screening test (HIV COMBO) is confirmatory after a window period of 2-3 weeks of a possible risky exposure so a negative result at 3,4,5 and 6 weeks are conclusive in your case. There is no need for any further testing. Antibody based tests have a longer window period of 4-12 weeks but there is no need to repeat it since the HIV COMBO test result is beyond doubt.

Brief Answer:
Symptomatic treatment for gastritis and muscle pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No. These physical symptoms are not specific to HIV. For gastritis you may take an antacid e.g Tab. Pan 40mg (pantoprazole), twice daily for a week. For muscle pain you may take Tab. Mobizox 500mg (Chlorzoxazone) twice a day. Moreover your screening test results for HIV are conclusive and you should not worry at all.
