Brief Answer:
Could be arthritis of knees
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
I have read your case, reviewed your report.
It is possible you have early arthritis of the knees. Usually the dominant knee gets affected first and then the other knee follows.
It is best to get an Xray of the knees to look for arthritis.
Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling. Eat healthy and keep well hydrated.
You can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals.
Do follow up with your progress.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Antero Posterior.
Detailed Answer:
AP stands for Antero Posterior. This is a position the radiographic machine and plate would be aligned to take the Xray image.
You can get both knee standing Antero posterior and Lateral xrays.
Do take Tablet Shelcal CT once a day for 2 months.
You may start on the advised medication for relief. If you prefer, you can also try with hot wet pack application and lifestyle modification as mentioned as well and take the medicines whenever needed.

Brief Answer:
Reports assessed and comments provided
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the reply.
I have gone through your reports.
You do have Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency.
This has caused a secondary rise in PTH but we must rule out other conditions causing rise in PTH like Primary hyperparathyroidism. So kindly do Serum Phosphorus blood test if possible.
It would be more helpful if you could take a photo of the Xray film and upload, instead of the Xray report, because certain findings pertaining to Orthopaedic importance may be better delineated by an Orthopaedician in some situations. But according to the Xray report, you do not have detectable arthritis yet.
It is advisable to continue on the calcium and Vitamin D supplements. Do go for morning walk for 45 minutes or at 3:00PM for better Calcium and Vitamin D metabolism.
