Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain While Having Severe Diarrhea

Hello, last Friday the 13th I was at work, and I was lifting tables and chairs for about an hour of the day. I kept having to bend up and down. When I got home that night my right knee really started to hurt me. I could barely put pressure on it, so I figured I tweaked it moving the chairs andtables. On Saturday I was fine the whole day, and towards the afternoon and evening, my joints started to hurt all over my body. I felt very achy but that was all. On Sunday when I woke up, I had a headache, and my stomach hurt. I was very nausea, and I had diarrhea. Sunday night I was very exhausted so I laid down early. My wife felt me and said I felt warm. I took my temp and it was 101.5. I took some Advil and went to sleep. I woke up on Monday and I felt good. As the day went on, I became achy again, and still had diarrhea, but I had no temperature. Last night I went to sleep and I woke up around 4:30 in the morning. I never had this feeling before but oh my god, I couldn't tell if it was in my stomach or esophagus but I had such bad pain there it was almost unbearable. When I laid down it got worse and when I would sit up it would ease up. It was so bad it woke me up. I finally fell back asleep and when I woke up the feeling was faintly there. I haven't had a fever since Sunday night, and the achyness has gotten a lot better. The only thing that hurts is my knee but I'm guessing that can be a totally different problem. The only symptoms I have are my stomach feels unsettled and I have diarrhea. I'm a hypochondriac, and I'm worried this is something serious. Could it be the stomach flu? The diarrhea is light brown and has a really bad smell. I'm scared it's something serious. Help me out please.

Could be gastroentritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
A good narration in form of detailed history
Firstly seems there is no correlation between knee pain and GI Symptoms
Take any good analgesic and it will go away considering your age it is unlikely you have arthritis
Bodyache and fever is known in infection
I would suggest you take
1] Good probiotic twice a day
2] Proton pump inhibitor twice a day
3] GI antibiotic twice a day after breakfast and dinner for tendays
Hope this helps

Ok like i said this all started this past sunday. Its now thursday and these are my current symptoms. I no longer have any body aches. I also havent had a fever since monday morning. My bowel movements have gotten better as of yesterday abd this morning. They are still loose, but they arent like water, like i had for 3 days. Stomach still feels unsettled from time to time. I also have been burping alot. Not the actual burping that comes out as a noise, but you can feel it from the inside. Do you think i have anything to worry about? Im always worried that i have cancer.
