Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
Every infant has their own stool frequency. Some pass twice a day and some pass once in 2 days.
If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern
1. Absence of distension of abdomen
2. Accepting feeds well and sleeps for 1 to 2 hours after every feeds
3. No excessive crying while passing stools
4. Absence of redness in anal region
5. Gaining weight adequately
I would not label your baby as constipated if the above criteria are fulfilled
I would also recommend exclusive breastfeeding til 4 to 6 months
Take care
