Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Treatment must start now

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I appreciate your concern towards your wife.
As the PETCT has been done , and if the blood reports are normal the treatment must start now.
From your details i can understand that she has a stage 4 disease. Complete cure is not possible, however quality of life can be improved.
Besides chemotherapy, pain management can be done by analgesics and opioids drugs as well as local application of radiotherapy to vulnerable and painful areas.
you can ask further questions if any.
