Brief Answer:
Slightly prolonged QRS duration
Detailed Answer:
About you son's ECG
1. left atrial enlargement - ECG is not enough sensitive for detecting left atrial enlargement, there are many false positive results. It means there are cases ECG shows left atrial enlargement , but actually patient's atria is not enlarged.
2. PR 148, P axis, Qrs axis 63, T axis, QT/QTc are within the normal ranges, incomplete right bundle branch block can be seen in healthy individuals.
3. the only thing which is slightly abnormal is QRS duration of 115ms.
Your son's complains can be due the pneumonia.
ECG is slightly abnormal. To be in the safe side you can do echocardiography to check whether there is structural heart disaese. And left atrial enlargement can be detected only with echo.
Hope I could help you.

Brief Answer:
Hi
Detailed Answer:
qrs duration is the time when impulses reach to the heart muscle to contract.
We speak about structural heart disease when some parts of heart are enlarged.
As in your case you were told about left atrial enlargement on ECG, which is not very sensitive for detecting structural changes.
So my advise to you was undergo echo, which will reveal how is your son's heart structure, to exclude problems.
Hope I could answer to your query.
