Please provide further information
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I have worked through your query in detail.
Left flank pain has diverse causes and each have to be carefully considered.
Since, a kidney cause is ruled out comfortably, our focus had to shift on two major issues -Spine disorder and GIT/Gall bladder/Liver disorders.
To rule out few things clinically, I would like to know the following from you.
1.Do you have any features of Jaundice- yellow eyes,Discolored stool and high coloured urine.?
2.Any localized skin rash in the left flank region?
3.Any episodes of fever ,nausea or vomiting?
Once I receive your answers, I shall guide you through.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Spinal disease need to be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I apologize for the delayed response owing to my work schedule.
Considering past history of Gall stones, I advise you to get the following blood work up.
Blood tests, when indicated, may include the following:
Complete blood count (CBC) with differential
Liver function panel
Amylase
Lipase.
Since the left flank is an unusual location for Gall stones related disease, its important to screen for Spine disease.
For this I advise you to get an MRI of the dorsolumbar area.
Update the test results.
Also upload recent ultrasound scan abdominal report.
Further management if any is based on test results.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
