Suggest Treatment For Left Lower Quadrant Pain And Diarrhea

Question: I had severe LLQ pain w/ diarrhea 48 hours ago. It was so severe I thought I would pass out. I rested my head forward on a towel rack. All I could hear was loud, very loud girggling from my LLQ. I could have recorded it! After ~ an hour of symptoms, I was able to go to bed and rest for ~ an hour. After that I felt much better, but still had and have TTP of my LLQ. It is not muscular, (I am a PT), and is not effected by movement. Just wondering if I should have it checked

Detailed Answer:
Arimidex (anastrozole) taken for Invasive ductal carcinoma ( IDC ) Left breast can cause diarrhea.
Severe left lower quadrant (LLQ) pain warrants clinical examination and USG abdomen and pelvis to determine the cause and is most likely left ureteric/ pelvic adenexal.

Hi,

It is difficult to say. Abdomen is a magic box.Since it is not muscular i.e. parietal wall of abdomen,internal organ involvement is likely. It is not vascular like mesentric artery involvement as pain has subsided.
