Suggest Treatment For Left Shoulder Pain And Slight Jaw Pain

left shoulder and left sided pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Welcome to health care magic!
I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all it is sad to know about the problems you have been facing lately. It is quite understandable for you, not to go to medical care due to the issues you mentioned, but pardon me for being so strictly medical, but as for every such pain which you described, whether it appears to be cardiac or not, what is the first next step which is needed to be taken? It is an ECG. I mean, if it has some far relation with the heart, it is never ever advisable to take chances when it comes to the heart.
Now being less strict, let's discus your problem in detail. See the pain being in left shoulder can be muscular and it can be simple spasm which goes away after few days with pain killers and physiotherapy. But it being, static and referring to the left jaw raises few eye brows. Then later the pain being referred to back or between shoulders rings few more bells too. Though you need to consider few things, that if pain is varrying with movements or with respiration and is localised and not dull then it is very less likely to be cardiac.
Now you can figure it out, if it's muscular or cardiac. But in case I would suggest you that if you can just get an ECG done and getting it reviewed by a doctor, it would be a big XXXXXXX of relief and then you can carry on with chest Xray or using simple pain killers along with antispasmodic like orphendrine or ternelline. You can also use local gels like voltral emulgel.
Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me genrously before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.

temperature along with the left sided pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing more details. Actually, it would be more appreciable if you share little more details that whether this pain increases with left shoulder movement or lifting heavy weights or remains the same?
The temperature along with it decreases from heart but in some cases, of heart diseases like peridcardtitis or endocarditis pain can be, and is normally associated with temperature.
In either case ECG is needed along with a detailed heart examination by a doctor in ER or in GP clinic, to look for any cardiac rub or new onset murmur on cardiac auscultation, and if any changes are suspected then he may ask for an echo cardiographm.
Loom I am not just trying to make you overconcerned, but with such symtoms heart issues needs to be ruled out and then pak can be treated on grounds of neuromuscular origins.
I hope that has answered your query. Keep me updated for any new advancements if possible.

I woke up this morning with hardly no pain to my left shoulder at all. I'm not sure if it went away because I took the ibuprofen.
pain remission
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the latest details. It is a good sign as u described as cardiac pains doesn't settle like this until you have long standing history of angina. Keep an eye on it and if it recurs, then get an ECG. At for this moment, you can get some XXXXXXX of relief as pain settling with ibuprofen seems to be musculoskeletal than cardiac.
