Question: Male Vietnam vet age 71... Extreme left chest pain nipple area very sensitive and under arm ..thinks he injured it.

No mediastinal hilar or auxiliary lymphadenopathy
Sub centimeter left hilar lymph node 9 x7 mm
Atherosclerotic changes of thoracic aorta and its branch vessels..Coronary artery calcification.
He has a stent in heart.
