Question : I have pain in my left side of my chest under breast and my arteries hurt in the neck.I am allergic to lisinopril.Taking atorvastatin,warfarin,losartan,ergocalciferal,metropolis,metformin,spironolactone,albuterol sulfate.

Dear Mrs,
Most probably the pain is caused by spine problems.
For ensuring try to press in the region of the pain, if the pain gets more intense then it is a muscle pain, and the cause can be a spine problem.
Take Naproxen, it will relieve the pain.
I would advise you to have X Rays done of thoracic and cervical part of spine.
