Brief Answer:
If no blood disorder, you can take the flight...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Usually, the bruising will be subsided in a 2 weeks time unless you suffer of any blood disorder. If no such problem, then, you can take the 11 hour flight after one week.

Make sure you can elevate your legs during the flight and up to 48 hours after reaching your destination to avoid legs to get swollen.

You can put heparin gel on the bruised area and hopefully it will be cleared before you will take the flight.

Have a nice flight!
