Suggest Treatment For Leg Cellulitis

My recommendations are in the detailed answer.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Leg cellulitis will present with redness, pain, raised local temperature, swelling and difficulty in movement or function of the involved part. These are the classical symptoms of inflammation and almost all would be present to classify for cellulitis along with fever.
Blood tests will show raised leucocyte counts.
I would treat such a patient with broad spectrum antibiotics, anti inflammatory agents and Multivitamin supplements. I would advice the patient to put the affected part to rest and keep it elevated above the heart level for as long everyday as possible. I would keep a check of the temperature of the patient as well as a BP record. If the general condition is not good or BP is low then the patient will require injectable antibiotics as well as Surgical debridement of the Cellulitis and also to rule out fascitis. Rationale for my recommendations are standard textbooks of Medicine and Surgery.
Take care,

Your question is not very clear with incorrect Grammar. I will try.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I completely agree with you that textbooks have vaster knowledge than any one Clinicians experience and therefore I am quoting textbooks. Actually Bibles of medicine like Harrisons Internal Medicine and XXXXXXX & Love's Textbook of Surgery. You are invited to check them. There are no modifications until the clinical scenario changes and then any clinician can only respond to what change has happened from standard clinical practice. Unless I know what is the modification you need in the treatment it would be impossible for me or any other Doctor to comment.
Treatment modalities are Surgical debridement, antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines and rest to the part with elevation. Care of general condition and control of co morbid conditions. There can be modifications or rather additions depending on specific patients.
