Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain Caused After Gymming
Question: iam a known diabetic recently for couple of monthe i have joined a gym for workout this comprises of 1 day cardio and 1 day whole body workout daily for 45 mins however since last month i am getting very bad leg pain i have tried all sorts of otc pain killers but no rewults ple guide me

It looks like you are having micro tears of the muscles which is causing the pain. It is because you have been working harder than what your muscles are build to take and also continuing with the same intensity inspite of the pain .
Here are my suggestions
1. Reduce the intensity of the work out by 25%
2. Lift lesser weights than normal
3. Drink adequate amount of water. Dehydration worsens muscle injuring
4. avoid pain killers , apply analgesic ointments instead
5. Get a total cpk blood test done to know the amount of muscle injury
