Suggest Treatment For Lesions On The Face

Question: My 8 year old son has what looks like bug bites or a rash on one side of his face, his upper back and armpit. I am trying to figure out what it is and/or if its contagious.

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not clear.
If possible upload some clearer pictures of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the lesions.
If these lesions are solid red rash and not fluid filled blisters then these are most likely insect bite reaction.
I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and give him antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 5 mg at bedtime.
