Brief Answer:
Listed few causes and suggested tests to find the cause so we can treat it

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I completely understand your cause for concern, but I need you to know that the first thing you need is to build up your confidence. Let me list a few of the most likely causes for your presentation:

1. Low testosterone levels: Need to check testosterone levels at the earliest

2. Abnormalities in semen count: I would recommend a semen analysis at the earliest to check on the quality of your semen

3. Nutrient deficiency: There are various nutrient deficiencies and dietary causes for a low testosterone level or poor semen quality

4. Depression/anxiety: These are some of the most common causes for any sexual abnormalities in the young. If you do suffer from loneliness, can cry easily, feel low or depressed, etc; then you will require a psychiatrist's consultation

5. If all the above causes are ruled out we can consider other medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, circulatory abnormalities, side effect of medications, etc.)

I would recommend getting all this done before your parents call you to SL for your wedding, so they or your future wife need not know about anything relating to this. I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Dear Dr. Shoaib XXXXXXX

Thanks for your response. I have not done yet the option 1 and 2.

I believe that I don't have nutrition deficiency. I eat well and moderate active. I have done my general blood test recently. everything good and the range is normal.

I do not have any medical conditions or no family history such as diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, circulatory abnormalities, side effects of medications.

I am very friendly and I do not feel lonely. I spent my spare time at temple and volunteering at the community.

I think as your suggestions, I will do the testosterone and Semen test. I will find a doctor here and will talk. do you think is it the good idea?.

Thank you

Sincerely
XXXX
