Suggest Treatment For Less Semen Quantity

Question: Hello Dr.
I am 34 years old, 1.5 years over after marriage(marriage day 15.09.2013) Still my wife not pregnant.
1. We both enjoying sex in bed. but during sex i found my wife semen not coming ( white)- give me reason, what to do?
2. During sex my penis produced semen quantity less- how to increase my semen quantity.
Please guide me.

2) Semen quantity of 2 ml is enough for pregnancy.

3) I suggest you go to a good laboratory in your city and get semen analysis done.

Dear Dr.

Actually Starting from date of marriage i seen minimum 5ml semen coming out from my penis, day by day i come to know quantity of semen is less... Am private company employee as a DGM.
Normally sex with my wife per day(NIGHT) two times (first time night 11pm & second time early morning 4am). first time quantity is more, second time is less. Please guide me how to increase my semen quantity.

I done SEMEN ANALYSIS three months back,
RESULTS are given below:-
COLOUR - OPAQUE-GREY
VOLUME - ABOUT 0.5ML (I don't know this is taken for test or total quantity)
REACTION - ALKALINE
LIQUAFACATION - COMPLETE-C-21 minutes
MOTILITY - ABOUT 60% ACTIVELY MOTILE
- ABOUT 10% SLUGGISH
- ABOUT 30% DEAD
TOTAL SEMEN COUNT 0000/ML
OTHER CELLS OCCASIONALLY LEUCOYTES SEEN
MORTHOLOGY - ABOUT 30% DEAD
MOSTILITY LONG TAILED
slender necked - Large oval header sperm seen

Hi,

It is normal to have less quantity second time as ejaculation is over in first attempt.

Your semen analysis is normal and there is nothing to worry about.

Keep yourelf hydarated more by drinking more fluids like water, juice and buttermilk etc..

There is nothing you need to worry from your side.

Please get HSG ( Hysterosalpingogram) test for wife to check tubal patency.

You need to get your wife iinvestigated for infertility.
