Brief Answer:
Colchicine or dapsone are generally used in leukoclastic vasculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have leukoclastic vasculitis.
It is small vessels vasculitis. There is hypersensitivity and inflammation in small vessels wall.

First of all you need to search specific type and underlying cause.

History of drug intake or preceding infection can be treated easily.

Biopsy of lesion with immunofluorescence study gives exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.

In general elevation of legs and compression stocking bandage should be used in dependant lesion.

Treatment of underlying cause is mainstay of treatment.

Drugs like colchicine or dapsone can be used. In severe systematic involvements corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs are useful.

These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
