Question: Yes, I wake up with bites on my face and neck and have to sleep with extra clothes on so I don't wake up with bites or whelps. It feels like something is crawling in my hair. It happens more at night. The bites itch, I'm the only one on the house having this problem. My coworkers start itching when I come around. Please help!

Brief Answer:
Head lice to get further checked by your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are going through.

If no sign for bedbugs, my concern is toward head louse (yours is possible head lice infestation).

Get your hair checked by your doctor. A specimen can be submitted to the lab for further examinations.

If head lice is confirmed, then should think over cutting your hair zero and a complete treatment with anti-lice medication locally.

Have another check up for bugs or mosquitoes that might be another possible causes to face bites.

Do you put any cream or other cosmetic product on your face before going to bed? Any new product?

Let me know if you have any other questions.
