Brief Answer:
Topical corticosteroids

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the dark patches on skin due to Lichen planus.
Lichen planus is an autoimmune skin condition where purplish-black itchy skin lesions are formed on body. It can also involve oral and genital mucosa.
It is good to know that your active lesions of Lichen planus has resolved with homeopathy. The dark spots left after healing is called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).
I would advise you to apply a cream containing potent corticosteroid like Halobetasol twice a day for 3 weeks followed by a good moisturiser.
After 3 weeks change over to moderate potent steroid like mometasone for another 3 weeks.
I guess by 6 weeks your PIH should resolve.
Apply broad spectrum sunscreen before going out in sun.
Take oral vitamin A and E supplements for healthy skin.
Let me know if there are any more queries from your side and kindly revert back after 6 weeks to update your condition.
Hope this was useful.
Thank you
