Suggest Treatment For Ligament Tear

Is this normal should i continue the gym & what suppliments would you recommend ?
Currently for joints i am taking amway omega 3 & lubricad d for knees, why do you think i am having these clicking sounds, 4months back my vitamin d was at 15. A month & half ago i got it checked its at normal level was at 40. It should be higher now since i am taking vitamin d3 suppliments.
When i first had knee pain it happened when my vitamin d was low. It was very minor pain then only in my right knee. Afyer doing lunges in gym with very lite weight 5kg each hand-both the ligiments got torn..
What do you suggest i do, regarding these clicking sounds espically in my shoulder blades & elbows no pain only sounds ???
Start glucosamine and chondroitin supplements.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached report. You have a small partial thickness tear of the posterior horn of medial meniscus that can heal with rest and using an elastic knee support.
The clicking sound of the joints without any pain can happen due to a mild frictional rub or a mild reduction in the joint lubricants. Since there is no pain, there is no inflammation in the joints. The clicking can improve by taking joint lubricating agents like Glucosamine and chondroitin.
You also need to continue proper supplements for Vitamin d for at least 8 weeks.
Instead of taking Amway supplements it is best to get the proper doses prescribed from your orthopedician for proper relief.
You can continue doing upper limbs exercises in the gym after getting proper supplements prescribed from your orthopedician after evaluation of the severity of the problem.
I hope this answers your query.

Using a knee brace will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
A ligament injury of the nee takes 2-3 months to heal properly. Do take rest for at least 3-4 weeks and then start with your daily activities. If you cannot give complete rest to the knee then it is best to use a knee brace for relief.
Right now you will have to reduce the walking for at least 4 weeks. Taking oil and butter will not help in increasing the joint lubrication. Be sure that you take enough calcium and vitamin D3 supplements.
You should be physically fit in next 3 months to go to USA.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Take rest instead.
Detailed Answer:
Another MRI is not immediately needed. It is best to take rest and use an elastic knee brace right now. The pain should subside in next few days. Avoid weight bearing on the knee till then and give it some time to heal on its own. In case the pain persists then do consult your orthopedician for an examination.

I strongly belive it is a meniscal tear, how can the meniscal tear heal when there is a lack of blood flow inside the inner meniscal ? What is your opinion on this ? Thanks really appreciate the support...
Can be a partial tear.
Detailed Answer:
In case of a partial thickness tear you can flex the knee. It is good that you are feeling relived with the help of medicines. It is best to give your knee a rest and use an elastic knee brace for proper support so that the partial tear gets a time to heal properly.
Regards.
