Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
Thank you for writing to us at health care magic. this is Dr.Riyanka Chail glad to be answering your query.

Going by your symptoms i suggest that kindly visit a physician for the following tests so that we can reach a definitive diagnosis of the ailments:
1. Complete blood count and blood culture.
2. Urine routine
3. Test to rule out antibodies to typhoid bacteria in your blood.
4. Stool examination

since you are having stomach upset with body ache and generalised weakness , it could be due to stomach infection that can be treated with :
1. Prescription drug- Antibiotics like Combination of Ciprofloxacin Tinidazole twice a day for ten days.
2. Over the counter drug like Omeprazole 20mg once in the morning half an hour before breakfast for 10 days.
3. Tablet Lactobacillus thrice daily for 7 days.
4. Tablet paracetamol 500mg if you get fever (maximum thrice daily)

Since antibiotics are prescription drugs you need to consult a physician before taking them.
Instead of taking emetrol for nausea kindly take consult a doctor for other antiemetics like Tablet ondansetron 4mg once daily . Also please avoid ginger ale as it is a carbonated drink.

Kindly take good amounts of fluids to maintain hydration. Please take warm, bland home cooked hygienic non fatty meals.

Hope this answered your query.
Please do get back for more queries or further doubts.

Get well soon.
