Suggest Treatment For Lipoma

As advised in the previous post, I met the physician and regarding the axillary swelling and he advised for chest X ray and ECG and said the report are normal and the axillary swelling is due to fat deposit.
He also said that it is nothing to do with lymph nodes, however i did not discuss with him on the risky exposure.
Do i need to retest for hiv , please advise
No need to retest for HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM once again.
Fat deposit under subcutaneous tissues of skin is very common and it is known as lipoma. It is not at all harmful and the most common sites are neck & back, shoulders, abdomen, thighs, arms and so on.
It does not create any problem to the patient and it is painless. Many treatment options are available for lipoma like surgery, liposuction, steroid injection etc but no treatment is required until it bothers you or create any problem like pain or disfigurement.
You need not to go for retest as the test results are 100% conclusive and reliable after 14 weeks post exposure. Be relaxed, forget about the incidence & move on in life. Always stay happy and healthy.
Thank You
