Brief Answer:
Explanation provided

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Cirrhosis is an ailment where the liver gets fibrosed, shrunken, and loses its regenerative capacity. This can be un-uniform and as the liver may try to find a way out through its regenerative properties, lumpy masses grow and the liver becomes unevenly lumpy. When such a thing occurs, it is said to be with a liver mass. But that is not what has happened in this case. Hence it is simply cirrhosis without liver mass.
