Does not look like worms
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
From the picture you have attached it does not look like worms. Worms are usually elongated and not in clumps. Besides there are fibrous bands which is very unusual in gut parasites.
Here is how you should go about it
1. Try to recall in the past 36-48 hours if she has eaten any fruit with seeds or anything that resembles this.
2. Give the sample for testing under microscopy
3. Eat only semi solid food and liquids for the next 48 hours and see if it gets better
Symptoms of parasitic infestation of the bowel are
1. bleeding while passing stools
2. Loss of weight
3. Crampy pain of the abdomen, especially after eating
4. Loose stools
I hope I was of help if you have any further queries please get back to me

Hello

It is unlikely to be liver parasite. Patients with an infected liver complain of pain abdomen in the upper left quadrant of the abdomen and they are usually very sick with jaundice, fever, etc.
Have you considered sending this sample for microscopy by a micriobiologist? That would be the best way to know what they are.
