Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Many bed ridden individual do experience alteration In stool pattern. In the absence of blood in stools and absence of fever there is no cause for concern.

I would suggest you the following

1. Probiotic like Darolac will be helpful

2. Simethicone based liquid Antacid will help relieve flatulence. As your father is having chronic kidney disease, do avoid Antacid containing aluminum.

3. High fibre diet

4. Avoid food that causes flatulence

5. Antacid like Pantoprozole will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
