Brief Answer:
Her complications need to be treated immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for your beloved mother.
As per the data given in your query I am of the opinion that she has developed serious complications like seizures, congestive heart failure (water in the lungs), and anemia.
At the outset her prognosis is not so good however she needs to be treated urgently for her seizures and heart failure.
Her blood should be analysed for the serum levels of glucose, calcium, sodium, magnesium, and other electrolytes, marked abnormalities of which may suggest the underlying cause of the seizure.
Intravenous glucose should be administered if hypoglycemia is suspected.
To control her seizures, injection Diazepam 5-10 mg needs to be given intravenously. The dose can be repeated at five-minute intervals to a maximum total dose of 20 to 30 mg.
To treat the fluids in the lungs she needs injection Furosemide intravenously
For the correction of acidosis injection sodium bicarbonate to be given intravenously and if the potassium level is found to be high (6.5 m Eq/L or more) she needs to be given intravenous infusion of insulin with glucose.
For the correction of hypocalcemia (low serum calcium) intravenous injection of calicum gluconate is also needed.
For the correction of anemia (low hemoglobin) intravenous iron injection to be administered slowly, she also needs recombinant erythropoeitin subcutaneous injection.
Hope the suggestions given above would be beneficial in getting her treated in the hospital.
Wishing your mother a quick and smooth recovery.
Take care.
