Is This Blood Test Report Of My Child Normal?

hello my one year old son has been extremely tired and bruising for no reason for the past 5 weeks he also isnt eating as much as he used to and hes very fussy...we did go to the doctor and they did some blood work..his lymphocyte count was 71 his absolute lymphocyte could was 5716..his atypical lymph was 1...his MPV was 6 and his neutrophils were 19..Should i be concerned?....should i go for a second opinon?? are these results normal??....his doctor told me they would retest in a month or 2 but im alittle nervous to wait that long

Hi dear,

What was the total WBC count, platelet count and ESR? If these are normal, there is no fever, and he is playful&eating normally, we need not worry. Some viral illnesses(like mononucleosis) can cause lymphocytosis and tiredness for few weeks. So there is nothing wrong in waiting for 2 months.
