I m feeling very tired n my legs r paining I ate noon late my hands were shivering so I m worried is dis low BP
Brief Answer:
It's not due to low BP
Detailed Answer:
HI
NO I don't think it is due to low BP as your BP is normal .
Since how long you are having these tiredness and leg pain?
If it is due to 1-2 days then it is due to stress and you just need to relax for a day. But if it is there for many days or weeks then you need to get certain tests done .
In that case I recommend Complete Hemogram , FBS, PPBS, Serum TSH , Serum Vitamin B12 and Serum Vitamin D3.
Revert back with reports.

Brief Answer:
It depends on the rate of fall in BP
Detailed Answer:
HI
Low BP can occur due to many reasons. Common among them are :
1. Loss of fluids : Due to Vomiting, Loose Motions , Excess sweating or excess Urination.
2. Problems in the Heart.
3. Problems in the Brain .
4. Problems in Adrenal Glands.
5. Hormonal Imbalances.
The consequence of low BP depends on how low the BP is and how fast it became low . If the fall in BP occurs slowly and gradually symptoms will be like generalised weakness , loss of energy.. But if there is sudden and severe fall in BP it can cause Severe Dizziness, Loss of conscious and even death.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask .
