Brief Answer:
There are three most common possibilities in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your response.

With your symptoms and history, most of the causes rule out which can cause right side abdominal pain.

As you said that you are having only right side pain, there is no history of bowel distrbances, so IBS and other diseases associated with it can be rule out.

You are not having any urinary problem so urinary tract infection can also be rule out.

You are not having any vaginal discharge so PID( pelvic inflammatory disease) can also be not a cause.

So the pain can be due to ovarian cyst or due to endometriosis

But before giving my opinion about it, I want to know whether is there any association of pain with your menstrual cycle?

Sorry for the inconvenience but you have not mentioned any other associated symptoms( so I assume that they are not there).

Is pain increases or decreases by any position or physical activity?

Please revert to me with my answer so I will be able to help you.

Regards

Brief Answer:
It can be due to pulled muscle or disc prolapse.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you once again.

If pain is not associated with menstrual cycle than the chances of endometriosis is also ruled out.

The posibility of ovarian cyst is still be there.

Two other possibilities are there, pain can be due to pulled muscle or it can be due to lumber disc prolapse.

Treament-
-pain reliever are effective in treatment after doctor consultation and ice therapy is also effective for back pain.
-Do some yoga and exercise.
- Take healthy and balanced diet to avoid constipation.
-MRI can be effective in diagnosis of disc prolapse.

As such your pain is not associated with any other symptoms and most of the causes are rule out with your history and your investigations are normal.
So do not take any stress, the pain will be resolve in few days.

Hope it is helpful.
