Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Pressure And Weakness

I would recommend as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Seems that your actual clinical condition (weakness) is related to recently occurring hypotension.
Probably dehydration, or an important bradycardia may be responsible.
Do you have experienced any acute gastroenteritis (with vomiting and diarrhea) recently?
Do you have noticed a decrease of your arterial pulse rate (probably have checked your wrist pulse recently)?
Whichever be the cause, I recommend you to stop taking Metoprolol temporarily and consult your attending doctor for a careful physical examination, a resting ECG, and some blood tests, like complete blood count and PCR (to rule out an inflammation), thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes, fasting blood glucose level, etc.
An investigation for a lowered cardiac function leading to a low cardiac output and heart failure should be done (besides physical exam, also a cardiac ultrasound).
If the profound weakness persists coupled with low blood pressure readings, I recommend you to consult the local ER doctor for an immediate hypotension solution (to rule out any serious cardiac complications, like a cardiac conductance disorder, a silent myocardial ischemia, etc).
Hope to have been helpful to you!
Feel free to ask me whenever you need! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
