Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Pressure, Arrhythmia, Weakness And Dizziness

Question: Hello,
I normally have a low blood pressure and have some arrhymthia. The last 4 days, my BP has been in the 80-90/ 50-60 range. I am very lethargic. Every time I stand I get dizzy, sweaty and have some vagal response. I haven't passed out yet. I cannot drive or even feel like going anywhere I am so weak and just feel rotten. SHould I go to the ER or just get in to see regular DR?

- Cardiac echo
- Chest x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
