I have question. I'm men 30 years old. Weight 77kg
I ate animal cuts two years ago (about 14 days) and I had ED, low libido... This problems still remain. Before that I didn't have any problems.
I went to endocrinolist he said me that is not special and that he give me cialis 10mg. I ate cialis 2 months (I have normal erection but without libido)
I went to laboratory and get this results:
Tests 29/04/2013 : LH 2,79 (normal men 0,8-7,6 E/L)
FSH 1,46 (normal men 0,7-11,1 E/L)
Is this OK, because LH/FSH ratio 2:1???
Estradiol 60 (normal 7,63-42,59)
S-kortizol 513 (normal 171-536)
DHEA-S 12,87 (normal 4,34-12,2)
Tests: 29.10.2013
LH 4,04 E/L (normal 0,8-7,6)
FSH 1,72 E/L (narmal 0,7-11,1)
Estradiol 0,2 (normal (0,0-0,2)
S-testosterone free 39,2 S-testosterone 15,9
Tests after Clomid: 14.2.2014 (three months)
LH 13,8
FSH 7,21
S-testosterone 38,4, S testosterone free 79,2
ED, low libido
Last test: without Clomid (I ate clomid three months) 27.11.2014
SHBG 32 nmol/L, free testosterone 44,6 pmol/L, S testosterone 12 nmol/L, kidney OK, thyroid OK, liver OK,
LH 3,03
FSH 1,26
D3 55nmol/L (normal 75 nmol/L)
ED, low libido
I saw that I drink coffe, green tea, eat spices I have the condition worsens.
What is wrong? I have problems since 2013. Please help.

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to learn about your erectile / sexual problems.
I have reviewed the attached laboratory results too.
1 I would like to know your height. I see a mildly elevated Estradiol level. People who have excess body fat can have such high levels of estrogens because there is an enzyme in fat which converts testosterone to estradiol
2 When I see someone like you in my practice, I order the following tests in addition to a thorough physical examination :
CBC
Total Testosterone
Albumin
Ferritin
Prolactin
The reason for this particular selection of tests is:
A) Your prolactin levels were mildly high in 2013, so a recheck to ensure they are normal now is important because high prolactin can lower testosterone levels
B) Free testosterone test results are reliable only when performed by a special method called Equilibrium dialysis. You can check with your lab if they use this technique. If not, it is possible to indirectly estimate Free Testosterone using Total Testosterone, SHBG and Albumin levels. There is a mathematical formula to compute this, and it is acceptable scientifically.
These tests do not require fasting but are best done in the morning before 10 am, because testosterone levels normally go down as the day progresses.
Rest of your labs look ok.
I am not aware of any published literature regarding any particular food items affecting libido and causing ED.
Thank you for quick answer.
I have height 1,78m and weight 77kg.. ITM about 25
In 2008 I had 95kg (but I didn't have any problems with ED)
My endocrinolist saw my test results but he sad that everything is OK, he didn't know what can be wrong. He said that I have second hypogonadism. Free testosterone and S- testosterone I measured before 10h morning. It's OK, prolactine is OK, estadiol is better 2014 0,2 (normal XXXXXXX 0,2), before increase in 2013 1,5x to 60 (normal to 42)... when I ate animal cuts I had better erections, a lot of ejaculant.. but when I stoped with this.. I had ED, low libido..
Is this OK if I have LH 3,03 and FSH 1,26, ratio 2:1? If woman have ratio 2:1.. it not be OK... PCOS, irregular menstrual periods... How is with men? Mybe low libido, ED? I think that animal cuts have one promoter wiht hormons, testosteron... I don't know what can be wrong? I feel as I have andropause.. without libido... erection is bad... I saw other people which ate this product animal cuts.. they have the same problems...

Detailed Answer:
I see what you are trying to say.
Your endocrinologist has evaluated you well.
FSH LH ratios in men have not been determined to have any significance. I understand your reference to PCOS in females but even in their case, the use of ratios have been practically abandoned in latest guidelines.
Right now, it needs to be ascertained if you truly have androgen deficiency, and if so then treatment options need to be discussed with your endocrinologist. Before this causes like hemochromatosis need to be ruled out. That is why I recommended a blood test called Ferritin.

Detailed Answer:
Ferritin is a blood test that screens for a rare condition called Hemochromatosis. This is one of the causes of 'Secondary hypogonadism' that your endocrinologist was also referring to. High levels of Ferritin suggest the possibility of Hemochromatosis. Further testing then becomes necessary to confirm this diagnosis
When I ate Clomid 25mg/day I had LH 13,7 and FSH 7,2... free testosterone and S testosterone on high but without libido, ED... I saw that if he has high LH and high testosteron... this is ok for libido... but I didn't see any change when I had LH 3 or later when I had 13.
When I measured Fe(III) I had high level 34,8 but I don't know how many is normal for men....
Any idea what can be wrong... high LH(13,7) high testosterone.. no libido... low LH (3), high testosterone,, no libido...
I uploaded new reports... supplement of animal cuts...
Any idea which supplement lead to disaster (ED, low libido) when I stopped with animal cuts?
When I ate I had high libido, a lot of ejaculate but now I have low libido and low ejaculate...

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the animal cuts supplement information you have uploaded.
To the best of my knowledge there is no published literature in allopathic medicine that deals with the effect of animal cuts on libido/ejaculate volume. Hence I am sorry I cannot guide you any further on this subject.
I ate clomid LH and FSH 13:7 ratio 2:1 and testosterone high
How much is normal LH 5 and FSH 5?
I done ultrasound and all was OK
If it is possible that you will ask your doctors if who know about this and how I can reslove this?
Fourth follow up
Detailed Answer:
1 You wish to make the FSH LH ratios in a certain manner.
I respect your wish but I am sorry to keep reiterating that scientifically there is no evidence to achieve this
2 Hormone levels are complicated to interpret, and there wont always be a cut-off for one to say 'normal' versus 'abnormal. SO in the context of FSH LH, the value does not reveal a lot of information. It is neither too high nor too low to give meaningful information. Besides with clomid on board the numbers seem ok.
3 You need physical examination by an endocrinologist and consider a blood test for Ferritin
What doctor do with woman which have PCOS ratio LH:FSH 2:1?
Is this possible for men?
Tomorrow I will go to doctor for test ferritin.

Detailed Answer:
There is no valid comparison between men and women in this situation
