Suggest Treatment For Low Lying Placenta
Question: Hello Doctor,
Im in my 6th month of pregnancy,, and later in my 4th month i was diagnosed with low placenta and had some bleeding problems. i was admitted for 2 days and discharged. now 3 weeks back doctor advised me to go for stiches and i was admitted and stich was applied and i was advised bed rest for 15 days.
Will i be able to have a normal delivery? as stiches are applied now, will there be any complications? also the hospital i visit is far from my mothers place,, will i be able to go to other doctor near by my home will they take the ownership ?
also please advise if any specific diet i need to follow.

Application of stitch and low lying placenta both increase the chance of cesarean delivery and frankly bed rest also increases cesarean risk as gravitational lowering of head is not there. But the final decision is decided at the time of delivery.

thank you for your response mam. i have another question. my room is in first floor . is it ok to climb stairs as i frequently have to goto my room for some or the other work.

Yes dear you can continue tea and coffee till you feel comfortable and free from gastritis.
Take a lot of water and milk along with walnuts and almonds.
Take high protein diet with sprouts, pulses, soyabean and cottage cheese
Take non veg in case you do which has very good protein content.
