Brief Answer:
ICSI

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen 3 reports. 2 of them show sperm count to be very low of 9 million and 10 million per ml.

Only one report shows 77 million.

Normal count should be more than 15 million per ml.

In such circumstances the only option would be ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection) where sperms are directly injected into eggs.

Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This count is too low. It is difficult to improve these only with medicines. However, i suggest you get examined by an XXXXXXX to check size of testis and varicocele presence.

If there is problem found during examination, medicines are useless as problem needs to be addressed.
