Brief Answer:
Due to low D3 levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the butt that you have is likely to be related to low D3 levels and a mild inflammation in the area which is suggested by your mildly raised CRP. Your ESR and Rheumatoid factor are almost normal.
The lower levels of Vitamin D3 and electrolytes like calcium and magnesium are characterized by the muscle pain like you are having.
I suggest you to consult a physician and get prescribed vitamin D and magnesium supplements. Your symptoms should improve with that. Also eat magnesium rich foods like bananas, beans, chickpeas, fish, nuts, soybeans, spinach etc which are natural sources of magnesium.

Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to mild inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The rise in CRP is suggestive of mild inflammation. It can be an inflammation of muscles like myositis or joints. Taking anti inflammatory pain killers like Brufen can bring it back to normal. You can get it re tested after 8 weeks to see the trends.
Hope my answer is helpful.
