Brief Answer:
Constipation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your helath care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are bothered by constipation. The XXXXXXX marshmallows are probably the culprit here. I would recommend not eating such high sugar content foods in the future. To help reduce the constipation I recommend a high fiber diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. You can also use metamucil or other fiber laxative. If that does nto work then miralax as directed or ducolax suppository maybe needed to get things moving along. Also drink plenty of fluids as part of constipation is dry hard stool and with drinking lots of water it will allow your stool to have a higher water content and pass easier

In summary
1. Marshmallows are the culprit
2. High fiber diet
3. Fiber laxative
4. Stimulant laxative

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have and additional questions
