Brief Answer:
Needs further examination and correlation

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. However, a clinical examination is needed to distinguish between the possible causes. Since that is beyond scope, I would insist you to get an ultrasound of upper abdomen done and to share the reports thereafter. The causes can range from gastritis to liver causes.

About the bleeding from nose, once again an ENT check up is essential. Most likely it is just due to a cold, but the possibilities like polyp need to be ruled out. Certain liver causes and clotting disorders can also lead to such presentations. So medical attention would be advisable.
